Athletic Mental Fitness for Athletes, Coaches, Teams, & Parents
While playing a sport can be a positive outlet for an athlete, it does not create immunity from mental health challenges. Athletes so often are able to muscle through physical pain and challenges but unfortunately that approach isn’t effective related to mental health needs.
Shannon is a co-founder of Endūre: Athletic Mental Fitness.
Endūre is available to provide training for individuals or teams around how to proactively increase your mental fitness. We are also ready to step in as needed for any athlete who is struggling with their mental fitness to help them stabilize, make a plan, and get back on track. Additionally, we have experience working with both coaches and parents who seek to learn how they can provide and encourage better mental health habits for their athlete(s).

Building Goodness: Professional Development for Educators
"Good Inside" is a book and a movement led by Dr. Becky Kennedy based on the belief that every single one of us- our kids, our partners, our friends, ourselves- is good inside and even when we struggle on the outside, we remain good on the inside. Together through this educational support group, we will talk through Dr. Becky's strategies and support one another as each of us works to deepen our understanding of why our children and/or students behave the way they do and how we can show up as the educator and/or parent we all want to be.
Please contact me if you are interested in bringing the good inside approach to your classroom and/or school.
Shannon is available to provide professional development presentations, groups, or individual coaching sessions. Please contact me to discuss your needs.
